Carrying vs trolleying

A lot of people highlight the waterproofs being in the bag making it heavier. How heavy are your waterproofs? Are you using fishermen's oilskins per chance? My Nike waterproofs cost £75 for the suit, 3 years guaranteed waterproof, and they weigh about 500grams.

I prefer heavy waterproofs rather than the feeling of light ones that feel like your wearing a bin liner. Also on the bag is the brolly which adds weight to the total.

If i saw that kid in front (see bob mac pic), i'd pull out driver tee up hit and shout fore (after it(kid) has been hit) and then say that i caught one a bit too flush.

I guess one can get away with murder on the golf course (just shows how lucky woods was when his "accident" happend. his wife could of killed him on the course and got away with murder (and one billion bucks)...

Well I use a mix and match approach.

I use the wifes Powakaddy occassionaly, I have a twinline 3 push trolley myself and I also carry at times.

Powakaddy certainly helps on hot days or long courses.
Carrying is great if out for an early start or a quick nine in the summer evenings.

Used to be against trolley of any kind, but, I'm not getting any younger ;)
