3 wood, 5 iron and 6 iron for me.

Haven't tried the 3 wood for 2-3 years, just couldn't get away with it. Should really give it a try now that I'm a lot more consistent with my hybrids.

5 and 6 irons i reckon I have hit 3 or 4 times maximum on the course since I bought the set a year ago. 5 hybrid is just a better option for me.

Not sure why I bother carrying the above as there is zero chance I would ever reach for any of them.

None that I never use, but three wood is a fairly rare beast for me now occasionally off the tee on long par threes or if the ball is sitting really well and I'm a long way out.
Five iron is another rarely used club. All the rest pretty regularly.

A few months ago I'd say 5 iron, but I have been trying to use it more often recently to some level of success.

I go weeks without using much more than a 6 iron, but my course is quite short. (excluding tee shots)

For my course I've got :

Driver, 5 ,6 ,7, 8, 9, pw, aw, sw, putter

I took the hybrid out as there's no need off the yellows. No need for 3 or 5 Wood off the tee either.

3 Wood is probably the one that sees the least use from me, although I do want to get more comfortable with that for days when the driver is misbehaving.

Other than that, if I'm playing well then my long irons rarely get used at my course as it isn't the longest so its generally driver and an 8 iron or less. However, if its windy or I'm having to leave the driver in the bag then they get used a lot more.

My 5 & 6 irons are gathering dust in my garage, have been for 3-4yrs now. There are definitely some clubs I use more than others but none that I carry for the sake of it. I have a 60° wedge that I may not use for 2 rounds but then when I need it it is there and I will use it. That is probably the least used club, it is my emergency club, smash glass etc :D

I may not use all 14 every round, but often do, but almost certainly every 2 or 3 rounds Evey club will be used.
As someone said..8f you ain't gonna use it why is it in the bag?

I don't carry anything that I never use. Anything that wasn't used has been replaced - for example 5 & 6 iron which live in the cupboard. Some get used less than others though. The 5 wood only needs to come out once or twice a round sometimes. The 60° SureOut only comes out for bunkers usually, so if I manage to avoid bunkers it won't get used (rare occurrence of course). The 46° wedge isn't use very often as it just sits in the gap between PW and 50 - so either 110 ish full or 60 ish half swing. Also my 24° hybrid doesn't get that much use either, as again it's just for shots of 170 ish yards, or when I'm in the rough but don't feel like I can get a 7 wood on it.

Funnily enough there are some days when the 7 iron is actually the least used club. Depending on how my course is playing I can have a day where the par 4s are all either a driver & 8/9 iron or driver & wood/hybrid.

I probably overthink this but for me the clubs in my bag have a back up or ‘buddy club’ that’ll do pretty much the same job (excluding my putter and rock club) and if walking or playing away then I prefer to only take what clubs I’m likely to need, keeps weight down especially if I’ll carry. i.e if the driver is in the bag the 3w is out and if 5w is in then 3H is out, if GW is in then SW is out etc

My buddy list is kinda this;
Driver/3w
5w/3H
4H/5H
5I/6I
7I/8I
9I/PW
GW/SW

So whenever I need to reduce the load its easy to drop/swap things around based on the course, conditions & mode of transport etc. I can easily change from full set, ¾ set or ½ set

In answer to OP... I try not to take any club I wont use that day

None

Sometimes what is in the bag gets changed to sort course and weather conditions and after a particular round there may be a clubs were not used in that round e.g yesterday I never used the 7, 8 iron and SW

None at all. I use the lot. If I can't it it, why carry it?

Maybe you could change the 3 wood for something with more lost and the irons for another wedge or hybrid...

Our pro does "bag audits" and gapping sessions to help sort this out. Worth a thought

I'm happy using all of mine, I certainly don't need any more lost, they have enough of that already

I have 14 as I use a trolley. If I’m carrying I may go with 12. Yesterday I needed to hit a low recovery shot under trees twice but didn’t have 4 iron in the bag. I use all my clubs if it’s the right club for the shot
