Can we forget Tiggy for a while. I know there's not much happening at the moment, but Tiger this tiger that is becoming very wearing.

I'm even starting to spend time talking to HID rather than read abooot Tiger.

Not long after i started playing, i was that mad for it that i played in a sleet storm with one of my also keen mates, we had to stand behind a hedge on the 11th as the horizontal sleet was starting to make one side of our faces sting!!!!!......a lot older and wiser now so never again!!!

Not long after I started playing, myself and two mates went to play at Eastbourne Downs. Bloody freezing it was, the course should never have been open. Greens were rock hard, there was more "give" in my patio. We played 18 holes, I was desperate to go home but my two mates wanted to play another 18 on the premise that it was warming up a little and the greens would soften up. Yeah right. If anything they got harder!! I have never been so bloody cold, miserable or pee'd off on a golf course before, or since.
Would I do it now???
Not a chance in hell. Not even if it was a game partnering a touring pro.
