Who is due to step up a gear this season?

I'm thinking it's about time Danny Willett started getting a bit more consistant. He looked like he'd cracked it a couple of years ago, but then had a relatively dodgy season last year. This year he's showing signs of early season form.

He's always been capable of scoring low, but he needs to cut out a few of those high 70s.

Once he's learned to hold a round together he'll be regularly finishing top 10.

With just a smidge of luck he'll have a win under his belt this year.

Anyone want to bet a virtual 50p on anyone else?

I think Chris Wood on the European Tour is going to have a big season. Seems to be getting a lot of good finishes without really being in contention but I fancy him to win one this year and then win a few more pretty quickly

Colsaerts looks like improving on last season. Finished 2011 well placed even though he was out for 3 months with an injury. Off to a flier this year.
