Best way to refurbish Big Bertha irons

Hello.
Back in the day I had some graphite shafted , half inch longer, Big Bertha irons , which hit the ball well ( I know, they look clunky, but at my age I need all the help I can get).😀

Thing is, they are still with me, but one or two heads have rust on them and I wonder if they can be properly cleaned up and refurbished. What is the best method?.
Will professional sandblasting, abrasive blasting whatever be worth it, or even wise to do.

I'd like to replay them, but I'd like them to look reasonable too.

Anyone got any advice please.?

If it's just surface rust and you have a bench grinder you can buy polishing kits that should tidy them up well. There are several youtube videos of clubs being polished.

I got rust off some old shafts by using vinegar and a scrunched up ball of tin foil to scrub with.
