Best Golf purchased you've made!

A recently purchased lessons package from one of the pros at our place.

Following a very long battle with the unmentionables where I seriously had no idea whether an iron shot was going to go forwards or sideways, I paid up front for a package including 5 x 30 min lessons, a 90 minute short game session and a 2 hour on course lesson.

Booked in for an hour session in the studio last tuesday, he identified a clear issue with my wrists breaking too much and too early in the takeaway. Made changes that felt good straight away. 3 range sessions before a PB in last saturdays comp including 4 birdies, and a handicap cut to a lifetime low of 8.8.

Still got more changes, more tuition and lots of practice, but for the first time in as long as I can remember I feel confident over my iron shots.

Worth more to me than any club purchase ever could.

Electric trolley - went for a basic trolley to take the strain off my back (s1). Absolutely love it and it has taken a couple of shots off my handicap......not to worry though as my erratic driving has put them back on again.....haha

Best purchases for me so far. My Graffalloy Platinum axis driver shaft has helped my driving no end. Combined with my Cobra Fly z was better again. Finally My SLDR Irons. used to change irons quite often but they have just clocked 2 years in the bag and apart from wanting to try the new Srixons i cant see them moving.

Has to be my Scotty. Bought it off a mate about 7 years ago for £50 and had only been used once. Any round over 30 putts is classed as a bad putting round now 😂

I play in all weathers, including rain of biblical proportions, and have never had wet feet and socks. don't think HID has either:confused:

did the same.

Assuming the guys in this thread are invested in the company because nobody pays £20 for socks and is happy about it

Man's greatest investment, best 20 notes you'd ever spend.😃

Secondhand Taylor Made Jetspeed 5HL wood for £30. Hits the ball further than my 3 wood and almost as far as my driver, and is really easy to use! :)
