Best driver for £150?

For interest, the http://www.clubhousegolf.co.uk/ website has an online advisor - like a text chat thing - and he was saying the best driver they have for sub £150 is the Cally FT-5 for £129. I said it was old news, but he reckoned it was still a great driver. Probably sales patter, but has anyone used an FT-5?

I picked up my Srixon ZR-W for less than £100 a few months back. It's the single best club i've hit, even puts the Ping G10 that i thought i was going to buy. I've a review in the reviews section of the forum.

No point in us all sitting here telling you what clubs we've all got though, as they may not work for you. Best to go out and hit a few and see what works.

I got the Cobra S9-1 driver for christmas for 199euros, about £160. I suppose that would have gone down since then.
Fantastic driver...as you expect it goes very long!

Cobra LD 10.5 now down to £69.99 brilliant club very very forgiving and long.

Ok maybe not, but seriously I hit my old version of this thing as well as some of the lads were hitting their TMs and Cobras etc the other day.

So much so that I'm tempted not to bother with the free Ping on offer next month..

But there are so many silly deals out there at the moment. I'd be inclined to try the Nike or the Cobras if I were in the market. Although I did like the look of the Yonex my bro in law bought not long back, and that was under £90 too.
