What's the best club you ever had? For some like me it's one you traded and wished you hadn't. I had a Mizuno mx250 driver with a grafalloy prolaunch shaft. I hit it like a god but traded it for the newer Mizzy mp600 which I hit like a clod.
so c'mon what was your best ever club?

Founders club 200 series 2 iron.

Awaiting reshafting at present!

Perfect club though,

Long off the tee and great control of flight could hit some real 'stingers' with that one. In Tigers sense of the word!

vantage eliminator 3 wood, was basically a early bit bertha copy, £99.00 and as a junior (16-18) i never hit a driver and just used this, i never won the longest drive comps we used to have as juniors, but it was always 220-230 off the tee. whats funny is my mate now has it on loan as he is starting and against my past & present 3w this is still the same length, even having now swung this club in over 5 years it was within 5 yards of my current 3 wood.

had the full set driver/3w/5w , the driver was toss but the the other 2 got me from 28-14 as a junior,.

Original Callaway Great Big Bertha Driver 10 degree firm shaft.

I could hit this baby miles, straight and true.

What happened?

Might try to find another to see if I still can...

Out of my current clubs my Ping G10 hybrid is an absolute classic. Love it to bits.

As for the old kit that I regret ditching, probably my Orka FK2 irons. My game was crap and I blamed it on the clubs.

So if these clubs were the best club you ever had. Where are they now?

Traded in because of the lure of the shiny stuff, cf session lead to a new club?

I just wonder why if it was so good, why change?

Ummm....the head fell off.

Yeah, it just fell off one day. Getting it put back on a new shaft at some point.

It'll be back

I broke my warbird 3 wood, and Callaway exchanged it for a different (current model)....sad. Never liked the replacement.

Every time I tell the story, the kind people on here post me a link to a used one. I'm happy with the 2 I have now, and that's one too many!
