Found some decent clubs at a decent price, they are Benross hot speed 2 will these be ok for beginner, I've heard the beginner range is the max speed, been playing about 7 weeks.... Getting whatever I get fitted next week and lessons start the week after.

Good shout in my opinion. Nice quality gear. Won't go far wrong with them, plus they will last you a lot longer than something marketed as a 'beginners set'

Benross are very under rated and if you are getting fitted your pro will find the right model for you. Enjoy the process and enjoy the new clubs when they arrive

Hi bud, I have a set of benross hot speed 2 irons. They are awesome, I have actually just got a new set of taylormades so more than likely my hotspeed 2s will be up for sale soon if this sale falls thru.

But they are definitely suitable for your needs, the only reason I have new irons is that I have gone off the look of the black head and wanted a bit of a smaller head.

My current benross clubs are 2 degrees upright, so if that's all the adjusting you need then mine will be one he'll of a lot cheaper than new, altho new is still a very good and reasonable price

All the best,

Tom
