I must admit that some things were very poor about it. I sky plussed it, so missed the end and had to look on the internet to find the result.
I'd rather have Peter Alliss, than the media savvy sky presenters. Peter Alliss makes time go by by commentating on other non-golf related stuff, ad hoc, off the cuff.
Better than stats,stats,stats.
Again it is the Walker cup, so a limited budget, but having played Royal Aberdeen 3 weeks ago looked forward to it, although as pointed out only 9-10 holes were shown. Sky are not interested as it is just about money for them.
Could have been worse, it could have been ITV or channel 5, FFS. I wonder if Babestation could have done it better, the tweets and phone-ins would have been more entertaining, though.

I'm always backing the BBC, but missing out the pivotal moment in what was teh critical match does seem to even me, a bit of a poor performance
