Well it's out there now

His wife has named Huw Edwards as the presenter

Very surprised (well not after I read it a week ago but first time I was)

Not surprised as I've seen his naked buttocks

To add, the police have also stated that they have looked at the evidence and decided no criminal act has occurred. The rabid press will now go to work.

The sooner that rag is closed down the better

Nothing should have been said until the police had sorted it all out

Gutter press and it’s readership have him guilty

I feel very sorry for him and his wife. The press intrusion is horrendous, and the reasons the thing came out to me are very dubious. The fact the police have said no case to answer says it all.
I remember the outpouring of anger when Catherine Flack did herself in.

I’m not a fan of the sun either but why wait until the police had sorted it out? They must have known nothing illegal has happened but they were still perfectly within their rights to print the story. On the face of it the guy has been grooming teenage boys/men, using his position of power to get in their undies. I’m glad they’ve outed him, it’s horrible what he’s allegedly been doing for x years.

“Allegedly” is the key phrase there.

The police have confirmed nothing criminal has happened .

Yet the scum printing what they did has given people the go ahead to have him guilty of grooming “on the face of it”

The scum got the exact reaction is wanted

There will be more to come as well I imagine.

Yes more speculation without evidence or proof - just like the initial story of which they still refuse to share any details or if they had any evidence

You would have expected they would have learned from Caroline Flack

Wow! Are you sure you're not an avid Sun/Daily Mail reader, 'cos you perfectly fit their demographic - morally outraged without actually knowing the facts.

As I understand it, Scotland Yard had already looked over it before the Sun did it's poo. Then they said nothing here, but still the sun did it's headline grabbing worst.

I hope no one tells the sun that half the English ladies cricket, footy and hockey teams have gay leanings.

An odd thing to say, but as some one who suffers with mental health issues, I hope he’s not using it as an excuse or to get sympathy
Given what has been said about him in media, and anticipated reaction from the public, it isn't too difficult to understand it may impact his mental health.

Given that he probably knows he is going to be hounded and abused anytime he is seen in public, I'm sure that is enough for someone to consider ending it

Of course he is,just like Schofield did.
Remember when Schofield was SO brave for coming out/cheating on his wife for years?
They’re full of 💩.

Believe it’s been well known that he has suffered from depression and mental health issues in the past and has been very vocal about it .

People made the same point towards Caroline Flack
