I recently bought wilson dx3's off amazon for £14. Great ball esp around the greens. And even a trial at £14 aint bad!

I go with whichever of the FG Tour or B330s is cheapest - both excellent balls - the 330 is spinnier, the FG putts better so not much in it really, just got a dozen 330s for 21 quid from amazon.
The dx2 is a great option though especially if you lose a few

Thank you sooooo much!!! I couldn't find these in the usual channels so just ordered a couple of dozen should last 2 rounds.
On another point I did get the 12 DP1 and gave them a go this evening. They aren't quiet as "soft" feeling in the hand as the DP1 V3 but performed very well. Good distance of the tee and didn't feel like I was hitting a stone, responded well on the greens with my short irons and didn't feel bad of the putter at all. Maybe slightly firmer than the FG Tour but not a lot and definitely worth a look for anyone wanting a good ball for a low cost.

I continue to be impressed with the Wilson Staff DX2 soft, stopping dead on the green with the short irons and nice to putt with too and now down to £12.79 per dozen at AG.
