My understanding was he said 9.5 rounds. Therefore in the first half of the 10th round. I haven't actually watched, but that was right wasn't it?

Don't think that's how it works.
If It's like in football you bet on over/under 2.5 goals for example.

So over 9.5 would be 10 or over.
Under 9.5 would be 9 or under.

Pre fight was pantomime, we know that. Genius hype. Mayweather won so boxing kept its dignity, the fight lasted long enough so that McGregor kept his. Everyone trousers huge amounts of money. Both seemed to enjoy their after parties in very good health. Perfect result.

Watched the whole fight for the first time as it is free on Sky now. More one sided than I expected. Floyd treated that as a training session, taking three to see what Conor had, then stepping up. He sat on his stool smirking and his corner didn't bother talking tactics as they didn't need too. Conor looked exactly what he was, a complete novice, with an inability to load his punches. With more bouts he would improve but can't see it would serve any purpose him staying in the square ring.
