And this is from a Chelsea supporter, never a pen in a million years, not a true goal scoring chance so where red card comes from only Mr Oliver knows.

Just back from Palace v Southampton and was reff'd by Howard Webb, how he got to do a World Cup Final is beyond me! He didn't influence the result but just so many poor decisions. Also hurts to lose a game to a pathetic goal !

For me it was definitely a penalty but not a sending off. Agreed Eto'o was "looking for it" but within the rules as they now stand it was a foul.

I have to agree, the bloke is an absolute tool, believes his own hype and thinks he is above reproach. Also the lino on our side was so far behind play for most of the game it was untrue, then again he looked ready to collect his bus pass!

Or Lloris in the first minute, never offside, clean through and taken out. Michael Oliver made a lot of bad decisions yesterday but the penalty wasn't the worst by some distance.

You could be right, I'll be honest didn't see all of the match.

With the less attacking teams, I prefer to watch the highlights instead.

how bout the Rangers "equaliser" yesterday , now im no way anti Rangers don't give a hoot but them either way .. but that was a poor decision , then the face of the referee at the player who tried to talk to him ,
