If its anything like my American Golf experience you will get irons that are no way custom fitted to you.
I would go to a "proper" specialist custom fit centre. If you want Mizuno irons I can recommend the Pachesham golf centre in Leatherhead, for the amount of money your willing to spend you want to get the best possible gear.

can't comment on that particular AGDC but the MP 60's are brilliant, especially at the £339 price. Contrasting choices between the AP1's and MP60's. As a club and judged on quality of build alone the Mizuno is the only choice. However a lot will depend on the type of course you play and the dynamics of your own swing. The ap1's wouldn't work so well with me due to the sole width on tight lies and turf.
Without igniting a huge custom fit argument I wouldn 't get too caught up with it. Try the clubs and see what you prefer. It's hard to judge how well custom fit really works as 1 companies 6 iron may have different lofts, lie and shaft lengths to another companies so direct comparisson becomes questionable. Shaft flex and offset are arguably the most important aspects to get correct. Apart from on the tee how often will you have an even lie on the course? what major difference will 1 degree upright or flat make if the ball is in a divot or above - below your feet? you've obviuosly got a pretty repeatable swing to get to your handicap so trust what feels good in your hands (so to speak)

Have fun trying them out, the good thing with AGDC is that there are no charges for trying all the clubs - and in my experience - will refund fully if not happy with in a reasonable time scale. I take on board Hywels point about a 'proper' custom fitting but unless they can match teh AGDC price you may end up paying closer to £500 for the MP60's.

John.

You can't purchase clubs direct from the Mizuno fitting centre anyway. The fitting they offer is free if you do it through a Mizuno stockist.AG are a Mizuno stockist.

So my advice would be - Go to AG and tell them you want to go to Cumbernauld for a fitting and you will buy the clubs from AG.They will phone up and book you and appointment and then just take the results into AG and order your clubs.

I had a mizuno fit two weeks ago and they said they would send them out to my nearest pro shop/stockist, In the end they were delivered to my door, in 6 days.
Excellent service

This is my understanding too. If I was to go to the Welsh centre (Wrexham) and get the free (and superior) fitting, I'd still be paying for them (and collecting) through my pro or AG. I could order them through the range shop (Clays) attached to the Mizuno fitting.....but strictly speaking the fitting and sales are separate and done mostly through clubs.
