Algarve - Electric Trolley Rental

Hi all, has anybody done trolley rental in the Algarve before and if so any recommendations on who to use? There are several websites advertising rentals that deliver to your hotel and collect again but the websites seem to be very amateurish and I'm a little sceptical of a couple of them.
