Hi, I hope someone can help. Got my son a second hand trolley and new battery. It did work when I tried it, but now we've reset it up today, it's not moving. I can change the speed, but when I press the button for it to move, the screen goes off and nothing happens. If I turn the knob, it comes back on but press the knob and goes off again.
I can seem to find any information about the f5 so am assuming it's a very old model but just hoping someone has one or had one who can offer advice. Thanks

What part of the world are you from. I have had several jobs done on my Motocaddy remote. They are a ball ache when they go wrong. The more “ additions or extras” to a trolley. The more they go wrong. That’s from a guy called Craig who has done some services and repairs on mine.

Oh and welcome to the forum Ronnie.

Really sorry, it's actually a P5 not a f9

Thank you. I'm near southport, north west.

Has the trolley ever been used on the course with this new battery and Is the battery the correct battery for the trolley?

I’ve seen several different power outputs of various battery manufactures… this screams underpowered.
