Arrested by the Scots, nothing to do with the rest of U.K.
But I get your point.
There's been enough high profile cases recently, e.g. Cliff Richard, where the accused has been proven innocent. As much as I don't like Salmond, he's innocent until proven otherwise.

Serious charges but up to the courts now, no good condemning someone before a trial just because you dont agree with their politics.
He is only a naughty boy if he is found guilty.
This is thin ice territory before a trial has taken place.
