Air Golf : Does everyone do this ?

Wife thinks I'm nuts, and the workmates do as well now as I was caught doing it at work yesterday morning prior to my 2:30 tee time in the medal.

For some reason, I can't do air golf without something vaguely resembling a club in my hand.

I do it the odd time in work with a 4lb lump hammer....It has a longer than average handle i get a nice rythym at times but it can be dangerous....
