A big thumbs up to AG in Lincoln.
Jan(Teegirl) bought a Powacaddy trolley bag just over a year ago from AG.
Over the last few weeks, the lining had ripped inside the main part of the bag catching on the grips as she took them out and put them back in.
She took the bag in to the shop and without question or arguement, it was swapped for a nice new shiny one.
Great service.
Well done AG in Lincoln. :D
 
Just posted a similar experience with Justgolfonline. My brother bought a bag just over a year ago and the stand failed. An email was sent, not complaining just informing that did not think the product was very good if it only lasted that long. 24 hours later got an email and then a call the day after as it had not been replied to. End result, new bag sent out with no hassle.
 
The wakefield branch seems to be ok too. I bought a Powercaddy twinline 3 last september. The locking mech broke during a round last week, took it into the shop. Within 5 mins I had a brand new 2010 model that was marked up £30 more than I payed for mine. winner!
