Some people think they're being polite and quiet, when they're not. Unfortunately, I have a close family member who blows his top over inconveniences like this, and then he is surprised when he is told to get stuffed. He'll then play the victim.

I'm not saying that this is the case with the OP, but something doesn't smell right here, a bit like the soup.
