Good to see this site and forum is `Ad free` and `Moan free`. I used to post on the `Golf Magic` forum but got fed up of the moans about jokes i posted or others posted and pop ups for Ping (across the whole page) or other companies invading you or hidden in certain members posts for various adverts. Keep it going `Golf Monthly. ;0)

I think that despite the flack they get the moderators have done a really good job in getting rid of the obvious spam. We were plauged abotu a year ago with a huge number of threads linking to some very iffy sites where the chances of clubs being genuine were at best remote.

I think there is a healthy amount of moaning on here. Some of it (Homergate, mono bashing etc) was OTT but lines have been drawn and we've moved on. There is nothing wrong with a good moan about the state of your course etc and in the main is done constructively. All in all I think this forum is going from strength to strength and the best golfing melting pot around
