How come Sky's coverage only starts at 5pm when Poults is teeing off at 2.35 (GMT)?? Is there an online stream for the coverage before Sky's?

Nope. Sky gets all their feeds direct from whichever broadcaster is showing the coverage in the US. Usually shared between the Golf Channel, NBC, ESPN and CBS (depending on the event).

They rely on their feeds.
