Only picked up email today and couldn't believe it - cannot wait. Very excited and looking forward to meeting everyone. At the moment I'm planning on doing it by sleeper Wednesday night and then back on it again Thursday night! I reckon I'll sleep well on the train Thursday night!!

Just checked BRS and times are scare with lots of visitors.

Would need to be between 845-920 or 1016/23 on a busy course...

Booked it through bookingdotcom, the premier inn/ travel lodge was nearly £200.

Pretty sure a boy from my club owns this, pretty sure he cud get u gud rates at Irvine golf

Trains booked. Caledonian Sleeper both ways on the Thursday (00.10 from Watford Junction; 23:40 from Glasgow). Going to be a long day! I have the feeling I will be sleeping very well on the return journey!!

No worries mate it's all sorted, Davie's bringing you some irons and a putter and I've got a bag,driver,3wood,2wedges a few balls tees etc.

We'll get to PSN by 8:30 latest.
