Anybody made the jump yet?
Just interested what peoples thoughts were and if its worth the money.
Were you recomended a different shaft the previously?

910's still fetcheing decent second hand money to soften the blow.

I've got no intention of switching. There is no way that the 913 is going to offer that much improvement over the 910. The marketing men may claim substantial improvements, but I doubt very much that its true.

what do you mean the paintwork on the bottom of the 913 is a vast improvement;)

Looked far too similar to my eye and having spoken to a pro who has changed whilst he has seen an improvement its pretty small (and maybe shaft related anyway!) that I cant see me changing

True, but it would all come off on our temp tees anyway.

On a slight tangent, I took out my old Cobra S9 Pro this week as I didn't want to damage the 910. That thing is stoopid long off the tee, but ever so slightly wild.

Unless I get an exceptional offer which would lead to the 910 going and a 913 coming in with little or no loss finanacially then the 910 stays. I get on reasonably well with it so see no reason to shift.

I won't be changing unles my 910 falls apart, I suspect we will be on the 915\916 before I'm looking for another driver, most likely longer than that.

There is probably a small "improvement " from 910 to 913 but, I suspect, not enough to make many change.
But, in a way, that's not who Titleist are after with 913 - they want people to change to Titleist from the other manufacturers on the back of how good the 910 range has been.

I took a 913 to the range for a wham and didn't notice any difference at all. To be fair the 913 wasn't set up with the same shaft as my 910 but I didn't feel that it was worth the outlay.

I'm going back to the fitter to have my irons lies and lofts re-checked after I've played a few rounds with them. While I'm there I'm going to try a few drivers/shafts out to see if I hit anything better than my 910, so I should have a good comparison after that.

Thats a good point, plus there are plenty of folk still playing the 909 or earlier who maybe thinking its time to change

910 is the best driver I have ever hit, no chance I'm upgrading to something that in no possible way will be better. Titleist boobed by making the 910 too good!

I got a chance to use my 913 in the US last weekend in nice weather and I am very very impressed. The rest of the game was rusty, but the driving was long, straight, no hooks at all (can't remember the last time that happened) and even a few soft fades, like I asked the fitter for. If you hit the ball out of the nut every time, perhaps there is not so much difference from the 910, but I played a 910 for a while and think the 913 is a much better performing driver for me.

Only had mine since May so there is no chance of changing. The 910 is difinately the best driver I have had. I only changed because my 6 year old Wishon cracked on the sole. Glad it did now.

held the both together in the shop and truth be told i like the look of the 910 better. i had a bash with the 913 on the launch monitor and it spat out the same carry as i normally get. if i swing both at the same swingspeed then physics says i will carry the same distance. ill have to up my swingspeed if i want to hit it further!

You see, as a 910 owner who doesn't want to be tempted to change all I understood from that was...

The 913 is a waste of space, the 910 is a far superior driver :D

A 910 owner was at the range a few weeks back. He got talking to a few of us and said he had tried the new 913. It was 3 yards longer and no way was he going to pay £100 a yard lol.

My pro got a free one to use and has told members that have 910 there is pretty much no benefit to change. The +2 hcap I know got a free one as he plays for provincial golf for Leinster. Took the 913 out of the bag and put his 910 back in again.

Not saying they aren't good but seems if you found the 910 with optimum shaft to be very good as I did(beating all other drivers hands down) you will struggle to benefit from a change to 913. Unless its just to have new shiny lol.
