I bought an Odyssey Versa #7 putter from Merv79 the other week for the bargain price of £50. Used it for the 5th round on Saturday and got to the 12th where I 3putted for the first time with it. 83 holes without a 3 stab, cheers Andy it will be staying in the bag for a while yet

I have one and, once Alex Noren showed me how to use it properly at the King's of Distance event, it's behaved impeccably.

Love the thing but its getting battered, trying to find a Versa #7 in good nick but no luck as of yet.

Have they got the soft face inserts in to the putter?

oooh thats harsh on the man ,
you really should know that Gordon plays those two holes very well ,its the see saw hole that he struggles with .




by the way Gordon ,i had five three putts yesterday.

My putting just of late is more like 3 holes and 83 stabs.

Just ask Greiginfife

It's true, the quickest way to stop 3 putting is to miss more greens.

I've started to hit more greens and I've hard to work hard to get that first putt closer, I'm not used to putting from so far away!

It's a skill but not one I have got on top of yet.
