Plumped for Rockliffe to keep the ladies sweet. And then dropped it in that the course was OK, but we picked it for the spa facilities for you two instead'. They were suitably impressed - enough so to let us have a lads-only weekend at Rosapenna too.

Don't go to Rosapenna until at least late summer as the new course will be open by then.

Great advice. That's the plan... never played a Doak course before, and have had fun on the Sandy Hills layout.

I'm next over there end of August. The new 18 is supposed to be open May/June but don't know if that has slipped back due to covid. Hoping I get to play it this year ?

Does it have a pool? Great option if so!

Extension currently being built, website says opening in 2021, could be ready for August, worth giving them a call if interested
