Me and my mate are planning a 4 day golf break in April/May time this year. We have both only been playing for around 18 months. We play off 20 and 22 handicap. I am just trying to get some recommendations or reports of where to and where not to play?

I have seen an offer to play La Manga where we can get 4 nights 3 rounds for around £250 each. I just wondered if any one had played here what they thought. It a round on each of the 3 courses.
We are planning to go to Spain maybe Portugal. Somewhere warm

How weird, I was literally about to post an identical thread so I'll just tag on if you don't mind? Having never done any kind of golf trip were completely in the dark about how it all works. Can anyone recommend a company that sorts everything out including flights and transfers etc?

We booked our trip to Portugal through Golfbreaks.com. They sorted the accommadation, golf, cars etc but we sorted our own flights through easyjet. Give their Website a look and see what deals you can get. Sorting flights is very easy just dont forget to tick the box to carry sports equipment on the flight. For everything except drinks and evening food we payed £414 each all in and that was for four nights b+b at a 5* hotel and 4 great golf courses which would usually be 85-120 euros each per round.
