15* hybrid

I'm another who in truth struggles with accuracy even with my 3H and wouldn't consider anything lower. I think a 4 wood is a good option as I think the bigger head may help if you miss the middle and it will fly higher, ideal in wetter winter conditions like we're going into
 
They're only hard to hit if your technique is flawed. My swing is in about the worst place it could be yet my two Adams pro a12's (17* & 20*) are still the straightest most consistent out of the 13 in the bag.

Yeah can't argue with that.
I know it's me & not the club.
 
If people are struggling with any club why not get a lesson and see what's causing it. Chances are the same fault that's causing the OP the inability to hit a 3w will no doubt be effecting other clubs within the bag although the 3w may just be highlighting the fault more.
 
I have a 15.5 Cleveland hybrid - great club and goes really well when I am playing well. I have always found it easier to hit than the 3 wood
