I ordered a hybrid from 118golf.co.uk (shown as "in stock") on 1st August and paid the extra £4.99 for 2-3 day delivery. They took the money the same day and the order showed as "processing"..... 3 days came and went so I emailed customer services (no phone number shown). they undertake to reply within 12 to 16 working hours.... guess what? No reply!
I found an 0845 number but got a message saying "our offices are unattended at the moment".
Emailed again this morning....... no reply.
£125 quid down on the deal so far..... but I would still like the club.
If anyone else has had this problem with them , how long did they actually wait? I am suspicious the item wasn't in stock at all and they are going to source it. Not acceptable when they accepted the special delivery fee.
I can still raise a credit card dispute so all not lost but I would appreciate any advice
 
Never used them myself, but many on here have had the same problem

The advertise a lot of stuff as in stock when the don't have it. When you do get through you will be told the item is out of stock and they will give you a new estimated date
 
i will never use 118 golf again. long to deliver, then delivered the wrong colour, no response to email and no number to call. the worst company i have delt with.
 
After almost 2 weeks of ignored emails to get a returns form for my faulty rangefinder, I called Bushnell and they kindly *had a word* with them - 5 mins later I get an email from 118 with a returns form attached.

Now I've sent them the rangefinder by special/tracked delivery, and its been signed for so I know they have it.

Just hope I don't end up waiting ages for a replacement.

Not the best customer service company - I won't be using them again.

Oh, and no point mentioning anything non-ultra-positive on their facebook page, as they just delete it.
 
They did the same thing to me the last time I used them for a pitch mark repair tool and towel. Shown as in stock then nothing for days - then advised out of stock when I got them on the phone.

Not used them since but look - and on the strength of recent comments on here will now stop looking and the bookmark in my browser is gone.

I think if I were the OP I'd get my credit card company on their case.
 
These guys are rubbish. Seriously, they are easily the worst I have had the misadventure to deal with.

Do they stock anything? or just order stuff when it's ordered off them.

I despair... :D
 
They are crap. No other way of describing them. Sadly they seem to class everything as in stock and then order it from the manufacturer once they get your order. Great if the manufacturer has it in stock and can ship straight away but if not you get these delays. Be up front and just say if it isn't available
 
I also took a punt on 118, due to their prices. How I wish I just stumped up the few quid extra and bought from elsewhere!
 
Hi. I'm new to the forum nd wish I had done my homework first as I feel I am the next 118Golf victim. Ordered a TM Speedstick (best part of £90) to have money taken straight away and an e-mail saying item dispatched the next day. Over two weeks later and nothing, not even the decency to respond to e-mails.

Does anyone know a route to get 118Golf to start treating people correctly. Surely this dispicable customer service cannot go unoticed and some kind of action needs to be taken by trading standards.

I really would appreciater any help at all, either with a phone number (they must have one) the 0845 number is a joke.
