My youngest has minecraft for xbox one bought in store as a cd.

The game has worked fine at home, he took it to his cousins last week an played it ok on their xbox one console. However on returning home the game now wont play in our console, look like it thinks it is owned by someone else.

Any ideas how to solve this one, the game was bought legit by me and now my youngest is tearing up the place.

Xbox help didnt help at all. Have tried rebooting the console etc.

Is the disk reading? Might be scratched or dirty.

Did look at it and gave it a bit of a wipe but it deosn't look scratched. Might try cleaning it with some spectacle cleaner and a lint cloth.

If it is a physical copy, then it will just be a dirty disk. My boys one does this every now and again. If it still says it, hard reset the xbox (just power down for 2 mins)
