Woods after 36 holes

He's certainly showing some form so I wouldn't put it past him.
Jason Day's playing well, even if he did get a bit lucky on 15 - as did Rory!

Love him or hate him its good to see him competitive in a major again, would love to see him and rory battling down on the last day after rory said he would love to take him on at the ryder cup.

With his current form he tends to peek during one round and then tail off again.

I wouldn't be surprised if his game goes away from him over the next couple of days.

Master v Apprentice come Sunday evening.

I think it will be Rory and Tiger 4 or 5 ahead of the field after today, going head to head on Sunday, hope so anyway.

Could be a classic........

.....as long as Geoff Ogilvy hangs on for a top 4 and I win some cash :p!

I would not discount Geoff from the equation. Another unflapable player who has the ability to go low even under pressure.

Can't remember where I read a tipster backing Ogilvy but it sounded good to me, can't believe Willhill were offering 70/1 for him, had to have an E/W punt at those odds.

Its funny after the spitting thing I thought that was it I had had enough of him, but watching him play close to his best again, no one else gets close for the excitement, all is forgiven Tiger go bring it home.

Just wish Id put him in my four

Oh no of course not, its just the when he plays like that there is no one with the exception of Rory that comes close in terms of raw ability and excitement
