Or maybe trying to capitalise on the fact its hosting a tour event again

But you've played it, you know those 2 courses aren't worth that type of green fee price
I like the filly, but it's a £30 golf course, I'd not pay more

I'm more than a bit shocked at the new prices

Newport upped green fees to reduce visitor numbers last year. It worked. Members wanted it .... visitor rounds dropped by 3/4 in 2019
