Haven’t really got one to be honest, not a trip I’m likely to do again any time soon so happy to pay for somewhere special while I am up that way.

Sorry title was a little misleading, whilst I will be based in Aberdeen for the week I’m looking for suggestions on the way back home, ideally anywhere within 2 hours south of Aberdeen. I had looked at Cruden Bay, it’s still a potential as from what I’m hearing it’s worth going out of my way to play.

Cruden Bay is fantastic, Elie is worth a visit.

I was a member at Murcar & Cruden Bay. Cruden Bay is better. Also, it has a 9 hole course in the middle if you fancy making a day of it. Play the 9 holer in the morning then the 18 in the afternoon.
