Which club?

If i answered this question last year i would have said a 3/4 swing with a gap wedge straight at the flag...

But for me now i would hit a really soft PW over the flag to the back of the green and hope for a 2 putt...

Under club here and the bunkers are in play..A high lofted wedge in could produce too much spin and have the ball zipping back into the bunkers...

The safe play for me would be straight over the flag towards the back of the green.

Id either play a 3/4 pw,land it on the edge and let it release or punch a pw up the middle to avoid lifting the ball offline. If im playing great, which very rarely happens tbh, id take my 56 Vokey oil can and go for the pin.

56 deg wedge, pitch shot, hinge back, turn the body through and resist releasing the club.
it is what i have been working on, and its a work in progress!! :)

Assuming a large green means 30+ yds, the front is no more than 55 so a 1/2 swing with my GW should clear the bunkers if I'm wayward. It carries about 65 and doesn't have enough spin to stop it running out a few yards.

Either an easy 80% sw and fly it in high all the way or a punchy gw/pw to the front edge and let it release. Depends how I see it and what feels right on the day.

3/4 swing with my gap wedge - eyes shut and listen for the jeers of my mates as it thins and goes flying off the back :o

[actually did this recently and split the 4 ball on the next tee who had to dive for cover] :D

Have to be a punch with either a wedge or gap. Choke down a little and punch, should sit or check within a couple of bounces and roll out a little.

Thats how I would visualise it!

Either 7 iron chip or half swing with pitching wedge. Tried option 1 this morning and sent it 15 yards past the flag. I think I swung a little too hard.
