Gap have withdrawn from physical shops, have gone online only in the UK. That's a very major change, good shout ?

I was their all day Tuesday and we walked around it twice looking for a Dress for the Mrs (I bought a suit in the 1st shop we went into, much to her exasperation?) Saw a Gant which I always thought were part of the same group but no gap.

I always remember why we took out a Sky subscription - to save us the fortune we were spending on Video rental. Just had to have the patience to wait 6 months before the films went to free to view as part of the contract.

Ah Burton's what a great shop it was .. then it was Dorothy Perkins and Burton's but with more Dorothy Perkins than Burton's
It's not a starbucks now when did you last go to hornchurch? Starbucks is accross the road. It's a boots opticians

Yeah I believe there was a fire in the kitchen and then they moved across the road to the old shoezone shop

I'd add M&S to that. They always had decent suits and shirts and clothing. Went into my local store and thought the suits were made of very cheap feeling material and a lot of their other clothing seemed very expensive for what it was. They always had a certain reputation (my mum swore by them) and now I am comfortably middle aged and can be seen to be shopping there I'm always underwhelmed

I've found it pretty terrible for years. I'm led to believe that the blokes stuff is way worse than the womens and kids.
