Where's Westy?

Lee Westwood doen't appear to b playingthis week although I thought he would be at the Scottish Open in preparation forth Open. Is he still recovering from the injury he picked up before the third round of the French Open?

He just got his V Easy in the post this week,s he has been a little busy

He'll be on a links somewhere, maybe Ireland. It's what Tom Watson used to do and Tiger had a modicum of sucess with this strategy too....

I think on Monday he said he never plays more than 3 in a row, also he has played the week before and not won. His injury wasn't as bad as people thought, but still best to rest it to give himself best chance of fitness.
