Where to Drop?

Track running down RHS of fairway - out-of-bounds about one club length from RHS of track. Relief from track is provided for. Ball is on track close to RHS of track. Can I drop LHS (fairway side) of track as no room to take stance and address ball RHS of track between track and OoB? What if there is room RHS of track to take stance and drop ball but less than one club length from relief drop position to OoB?

If there is room to the right of the path to establish the NPR on the course, it doesn't matter if there isn't another club length to OOB. Nearest point of relief means just what it says - it is the point of relief and if you may have to drop at that point. The NPR could be next to the OOB line. If there isn't space to give complete relief, the NPR is not on that side.
