Where to buy old Ping

Morning all,
I have a 3w I really get on well with. I want the matching 5w. It is a Ping from just about 10 years ago. A G25.

I missed a mint example on ebay on Saturday due to my planning to buy it first thing Sunday AM. Someone beat me to it and the rest on ebay/golf bidder/gumtree/golfclubs4cash etc are all looking very worn on the sole and the striking face.

Any ideas anyone? Is there a place that sells/specialises in old Ping stuff?

Best bet is to look at golf clubs for cash, Golf Bidder and Replay Golf online

Thanks Macm85. I have been, it's a repetitive task at the moment, keeping an eye on them. Hoping someone I know has a nice one in an old bag somewhere I can buy.

Golfbidder are decent (tad pricey) but they are out there if you look

To be fair you are looking for a 10 year old club so the chances of finding anything "like new" is slim and if I spotted something that looked like it had hardly been hit I'd probably think that it's a fake.

You will probably just have to hope that eBay, golfbidder etc get something in that you like the condition of, other than that maybe just get a later Ping model.

Springvelt, thanks for the warning, I had not considered that. Although I would have thought the fake industry would be focussing on making copies of newer more valuable clubs than a 10 year old, but yes this seller on ebay - the club was described as immaculate and was very nearly true. Same seller has a G25 3w in similar condition, alas I already have one.
