Good to see you as obtuse as ever.they're already full with feet thanks.
Maybe you could explain how this relates to leaving the EU.
? You said youd rather it was wasted on us.... just a few small examples of that.

Fill your boots
- Arts Council: Gave a £95,000 grant to artists in Brighton for “Skip”, a rubbish dumpster outlined with yellow lights
- Crawley Council: Spent £5,070 on 12,200 hot drinks from vending machines for council employees, when the equivalent number of tea bags would have cost just £200
- Department for International Development: Spent £21.2 million on a road maintenance project in Bangladesh, later pulled due to “fiduciary irregularities” after it emerged that less than 10% had actually been spent on roads
- Durham Council: Funded a £12,000 clothing allowance to allow councillors to wear “Geordie Armani”
- Hull Council: Spent £40,000 on a concert in honour of the councillor who is Lord Mayor this year
- Ministry of Defence: Paid £22 for light bulbs that are normally 65p
- Prison Service: Paid £720,000 to professional actors for role playing that is aimed at helping inmates become employed
- Scottish Government: Signed a £1.4 million 4-year contract for taxis for civil servants in Edinburgh – despite staff being told to use buses
- Stoke-on-Trent Council: Spent £330,000 to pay for redundancy packages and subsequently rehiring 25 members of staff
Glad you can see my angles.Good to see you as obtuse as ever.

I’m suggesting a possibly better way to use £120m (or however much is proposed) rather than splurge it on some self-aggrandising Brexit celebrations for Johnson that will do little to start reuniting the country - in fact any such celebration is likely to pour salt on the wound. If you are suggesting your ''guess'' of 5m per year is a lot of money, please tell us how much money isspentwasted moving the European Parliament from Brussels to Strasbourg for 4 days every month.
SILH was complaining about Prince Harry and Mrs costing the tax payer £5m per year.
I just pointed out that his beloved EU waste £150m per year moving offices for 4 days per month.
I know where I'd rather save money.
Good for you, I'd rather it wasn't wasted at all.Glad you can see my angles.
But its not wasted on us is it? it's wasted on moving the EU administration each month to stop the French having a hissy fit. I repeat, I would rather it was wasted on us.
That's too obtuse for me.Good for you, I'd rather it wasn't wasted at all.
I was not complaining about security costs for H&M - I was suggesting how they could be funded
Oh great, another Brexit thread.
So you agree £150m per year is a waste of the EUs money?
Surely it can't be worse than being in the EU. I keep being told most of us and our kids are living in poverty, on Zero Hour contracts, using food banks, pot holes, NHS in crisis, rough sleeping, Royals doing runners. Surely Boris can only make things better, surely. When we leave the EU ... let the days of judgement begin.
Failure is not acceptable, only success. Success is defined as better than now on every level.
Nice and simple .. crack on and good luck.
Thats how it always starts ?it started as a thread about computer keyboards![]()
There you go, nice to identify all the stuff that can be addressed.. will be a much better place.Surely it can't be worse than being in the EU. Im just trying some logic. If these things happened while we are EU members then hopefully they will improve when we leave. There you go, nice to identify all the stuff that can be addressed.. will be a much better place.
You're creating causality where there is none.Im just trying some logic. If these things have happened while we are EU members then hopefully they will improve when we leave.
If the establishment had accepted the result in 2016 and not done all they could to reverse it then just maybe that money wouldn't have been wasted.I find it hilarious we are here arguing about the EU wasting £150m (for clarity I agree it is a waste), when by the Bank of England's assessment we have so far lost circa £80 Billion, as a result of the vote in June 2016. https://costofbrexit.netlify.com/
