What's on your Xmas list?

Never been able to trust my relatives with buying golf gear. It took me 3 years just to explain that not all golf balls are the same and that anything golf related in the M&S Xmas gadget section is probably not for me.

Still, I have put some polo shirts and some DX2 balls on the amazon wish list so you never know.

vouchers are the best bet , safe , you can do what you want with them ...................EYG

Wouldn't mind a new bag. A waterproof stand bag. Sun Mountain or something like that would be nice. Need new shoes as well. Nike Lunars hopefully

Well we hope to be healthy year to come and x-mas for us is more about family meeting, food and drink and gifts has minor priority. If gifts is given , then its more likely events/experinces as golf travels then hardware as gloves, pegs and used balls:whistle:

Anyway wish you all a good x-mas and we are really looking forward to our daughter coming home from UK for celebrating x-mas at home...:whoo:

Misses got me some puma all weather trews and a nice puma sweater, just treated my set to newer irons and a hybrid so don't need anything else.

If I was wishing I would add a set of dryjoys to the wish list... But that's only because I'm fed up with wet feet and the new puma shoes I got in October are being held back as their more a summer shoe

The folks just giving me some money to get a new GG waterproof jacket

What did you get? if you don't mind me asking

Stepped up from TM TP CB's to cally razr x forged in the iron department, dropped the two amp hybrids in favour of a Adams

Irons seem more workable which is nice , hybrids were 17* and 21*, the 17 was too close to my 3w , 21* to close to 4i so I dropped two and carry the one now... First signs are looking good but after only 9 holes and two range session the proof will be in Sundays game. Not moving the old stick on just yet though...

I'm a big fan of the Callaways. Just got the 2 iron of them for a bash

For the first time in the last few years I'm glad to say nothing for golf. My kit is settled.......For now. I'm 50 odd I've got most things I'll ever need so a good feed on Christmas day will more than do me this year.

I'll keep that in mind, should know the score with it within the fortnight

2 iron is a good summer club for me. low flight with plenty of run. ive put it away for the winter months though. no run on the soggy fairways of lee park. back to a 19 degree hybrid for the time being. the iron wins hands down over a hybrid in the accuracy stakes.

you might want to bare this in mind when you are trying out this club.

Disappointingly me too. Can't even hope for a round at a top course, as I already have to fit in Sunningdale, The Berkshire, Tandridge, Coombe Hill and Cuiddington next year.

Yeah, I'm tKing it to the range when I get it. Want a low ball flight mainly more than anything else though. That's what I'm what I'm after
