What Would Your Masters Menu Be?

Based on nothing other than stuff I like to eat

Calamari rings
Traditional English roast beef, Yorkshire puddings, garlic roast potatoes and mixed veg, beef gravy
Apple crumble and custard
 
Same answer as every other year...

Whatever the seasonal greens are in April in Georgia along with some scallops, Welsh lamb and Viennetta to finish.
 
Dim sum to start

Whole Roasted Turbot, Seasonal Greens

Chocolate Fondant with Vanilla Ice cream.
 
Morecambe Bay potted shrimps for starters.

Butter Pie and chips main.

Stick Toffee Pudding with Wallings toffee crunch ice cream for pudding.
 
Halloumi & Turkish sausage starter.
Rib-eye steak with chips and creamed spinach.
A rich, gooey chocolate brownie for desert.

That was just off the top of my head, and I realise there's no real cohesion from starter to main but who cares. :LOL:

Edit: Maybe crab cakes starter instead.
 
I'd probably skip it if it meant having to wear that cheesy green jacket and looking like a right clown.
