What would cause a pull?

Are your clubs upright?

That will also promote a pull.

It would make sense, but, excuse the stupidness, what is out to in and in to out?

It's the path that the club travels through impact.

In this pic the 3 shots hit would be
Top: A Push (sometimes called a straight push or a block) The ball goes straight right. The clubface and the swing path are both going exactly the same way at impact

Middle: Straight The ball goes dead straight at the target. The clubface and the swing path are both going exactly the same way at impact

Bottom: A Pull (sometimes called a straight pull) The ball goes straight left. The clubface and the swing path are both going the same way at impact

No, I had them custom fit for me when I got them, I believe I got them 2 degrees upright (i'm 6ft 2") and 1/2 inch longer.

I think its more to do with my clubface at address.
