Hi guys,
With my move back to UK looming and new clubs shouting my name i am looking for some advice. My parents have offered me an exam incentive. £50 for every A, £100 for every A*.
So i will *fingers crossed* be getting around £350. Question is, Will it be worth getting custom fit. WIth my age, i might not be fully grown and my game seems to be changing a lot :)
And guys, I know i make a lot of worthless posts, but thanks for all the answers and the support for me and my game ! :D

firstly id forget about golf and get your head down and into your exams, what every results you get then work out what to buy.

Golf is here for many years to come, but your exams are a one shot situation. I know it may sound an old duffer reply but my little sis fooked her A levels the first time around, and had to retake which has put her a year behind. ;)

good luck in the exams chap. ;)

Maths isn't one of them I take it!! :D
Smartarse!
I am just rounding it, so if i dont get the A* or if i get a B in one of the subjects in that i am predicted A it is more realistic!
BTW guys.. the main reason i am revising is the thought of some nice new shiney bats :p
And i am focusing on exams guys, i just am looking forward to the golf afterwards! :D
I am actually predicted A in Maths, Geography, 2 science, PE and ICT. A* in business studies, but if i do well in my PE theory exam i may get an A* because my practical marks are good! :D :p

Lol, £450! dont do yourself out of a ton.

BTW if you grow another foot, you will need a new stance.

I'd leave CF for now (unless that third foot gets in the way).

Thanks for the advice Dad! :D

Of course you're probably right though. However, I spent too much time out drinking and having fun during my A-Levels. Still managed average results, but it didn't matter as I didn't go to Uni. Dossed around in the US for 6 months instead.

Then I came back and got a job and had way more money than all of my mates at Uni and now earn alot more than most of them with degrees do. Oh and I just got a pay rise...School is for losers! ;)

Ok, but seriously...Stay in school and concentrate on your exams. Then worry about getting onto the European Tour.

I guess this is GCSEs? Dont buy golf stuff, buy cloths and flowers and try to get laid!!

Really though, the custom fit bit that is important is the right shaft, if you hit the ball well you would benefit from the right shaft no matter your size or how much you are going to grow.

He has got the banter of a scratch golfer by the looks of it!!
HAHA! Now i just need the game to back it up! :p
Challeneged my teacher to a matchplay comp one day after school someday soon...
I just love the game and i am always up for a laugh, and tbh i was expecting some sarcastic comments ;)

Love to see people love the game, and dont worry, I am 35 and I still think about it all day long and work hard to buy toys. If they were my exams I would be thinking about new clubs too. Good luck fella.

So i will *fingers crossed* be getting around £350.

On this forum that would be YARDS, and highly likely even into a strong headwind :)

I agree with the others.... you are toally sh*t at maths :D

I'd try bargaining £25 for B's, that way at least you'll be able to afford a putter :p

Just thought i would draw attention to the word "around" I am saying £350 incase i do not quite meet all my targets...
So do me a favour guys who are saying i am sh*t at maths... Pi** off! :p
Haha, The main point is the golf, Any more proper advice welcomed, no more maths comments needed ;) haha
