Mine was 22 and I got it this spring after about 8 months of playing. I took it down to 16 but know I seem not to be able to break 90 anymore and is rising again.

11, about 4 years ago. Then moved clubs to somewhere much tougher. struggled to play to 11 for about a year. Lowest was 7.6, but now got it's 7.8

Started @ 29 as a junior was down to 7.8 lowest had a break and started back @ 10 aim for next season singe figures.

28 but I have never handed in any cards. My handicap was given to me as I needed one for a charity day I was taking part in and didnt have time to enter three cards. Currently play off 22 in a social round with friends and will enter the next comp where I can get cut.

I didn't get my 1st official h'cap until 2005 and it was 9. I didn't get a single cut for 3 1/2 years and found myself at 12.6 at the end of 2009 - largely because I tried to hard to play to it and beat myself up when I didn't.
It's taken me until now to get back close to that level.
