What set of irons to get?

Hi, I've recently graduated so I've not got too much money but enough for a decent set of secondhand irons. I've been playing with Callaway x-14 irons for a good while but getting a bit sick of the clumsy look of them, don't get me wrong they've done me very well but I think its time to move on. Also I'm playing better now that I've got more time on my hands, roughly to about a 7 handicap, and I feel that they x-14's are more for mid-handicappers rather than low handicappers.

What irons would you recommend, any suggestions appreciated.

As a low handicap player I would be looking at something like the Mizuno mp60 semi blade forged iron. They can be got for not a lot of loot off Fleabay or other second hand retailers. I think off your handicap you could really get the benefit from them.

Go to a Mizuno fitter, try the Swing DNA device which tells you the correct shaft, then start looking for something with that shaft. The MP60 is a great iron and could fit the bill nicely.
