I hadn't even posted in the thread and I get mentioned :o :o

Pack of Bensons for me, two packs if the first pack is already opened :D

I often carry 2 litres of Coke-a-Cola and sometimes 3 bananas if the kids haven't eaten them first.
 
bottle of water or any of lucozade/powerburst/oasis/tesco sport; wobbly coffee in winter

cereal bar - but not chocolate or yoghurt (used to be able to get one called Fruitus - can't find them now

tube of extra-strong mints (which usually comes home again)

the drawback with most food, including bananas, is that none provide instant energy and it takes energy to digest them. a bit self-defeating.
 
2 litres of water (2nd is kept in a cooler flask for the back 9). My wife makes me stuff to eat around the course like shortbread/flapjacks/oatycrispybarthingys etc etc

What keeps me going?.....errrr...Linoleic acid tablets, frequent paracetamol, as many relaxation periods as poss and working through the numbness, tingles, muscle aches and headaches.......Oh and a little masochism. ;)
 
Is Jezz still trying to use the £1 notes! I have to be very careful these days with my diabetes so the days of a fry up, lucozade all the way and several post match pints are gone. I need stuff that is slow burning and so alterante my lucozade and water to try and stop any huge sugar rushes. A banana after 3 and again on 10 for the final push help but I'm thinking of trying some raisins and maybe a low sugar homemade flapjack recipe. (if HID will be so kind)

heh! heh! - sorry mate....was remembering your pre-shot swing thoughts...."when did I last have a ciggie" ;)
 
1x pack of hula hoops
(try not to eat these when someone is about to take a shot)

1x nutri grain bar

... just to keep the hunger at bay.

although i think some form of chocolate would give me a bigger boost.
