Handicap advise. What would you do?

It is just unfortunate that the biggest golf event of the year (for your company) is being run by someone who doesn't have a clue about handicapping. Either that, or they play of about scratch themselves. If so, they can be happy that they will not lose out, whereas most higher handicappers will lose at least one shot

Just turn up, enjoy the day, forget about the h/c and all should work out. I've played the course many times, it's as open as Whitefields, Great finishing hole, onto the small island green

re your 'apprehension' of the 700yrd par 6 ... think of it as a 640m par 6 and all of a sudden it doesn't seem so scary
