What is the HARDEST shot to hit?

I would guess a low fade. High fade is ok, high and low draw ok but with a low fade its hard to deloft the club as its a fade but you need to for the low bit so it has to be done with loads of lag.

My pro always told me that bunker shot from a downslope is the hardest shot in golf, he then preceded to thin one 30 yards through the green so i have to believe him i guess.

For me personally, any tee shot where i don't have much room to aim at.

The 1st putt on each green - getting them in or close enough for a gimmee.

Delicate chip over bunker/mound/water from a bare lie. Absolutely killing my game right now!

I've highlighted the ones I don't like above

I don't know whether the ranking is correct, but certainly they are ones I don't like to see.

Interesting answers... the one that I was thinking about when I made the post was

140yrd FADE off a downhill lie

Practically impossible!! :D

You can't have your weight forward else you'll either fall down the slope or swing too much from the inside and hook it, you can't have your weight back else you'll hit the slope waaay behind the ball or thin the crap out of it - impossible I say!

(Don't mind the downhill bunker shot too much as you can practically lift the clubhead vertical and fat/splash the life out of it)

Surprised the burried lie in a bunker is mentioned. A lot of players natural shot is well suited to play this one. Steep backswing and a smash behind the ball.

Hanging downhill lie in wet sand in one of the deepest greenside bunkers at Woodhall Spa springs to my mind. Don't know why I was worried as it come out a treat, albeit 50 yards over the green.:o

I've all the shots but just don't know what order they are coming out in. I don't fear any shot. I can't necessarily play them all, certainly not competently but I'll commit to it. Sometimes though taking your medicine and perhaps playing conservatively can actually save shots inthe longrun
