I have weakened my grip especialy with woods as my right hand in particular was much too strong apparently, I try to hit a slight draw.....what happens next is anyones guess! :D

I have found over time that my grip has been getting stronger without realising it. It was only when a pro noticed it that I realised how strong it had become.
I have mostly played with a draw, but the strong grip was causing me to lose power/distance because I was struggling to cock my wrists at the top of the backswing.
I'm slowly trying to go back to a more neutral grip.

I have 2 swings, but could only vote once!!

Weak right hand pretty straight when swinging well.

Weak right hand, slightly over the top swing when it's bad with a little pull - cut.

Neutral grip with a draw flight by choice.

Can use a neutral grip to hit all from a slice to a duck hook thanks to the bio-mechanics guy who I use for lessons. Having been taught by conventional teachers who taught us this move and that move being able to feel how to do what you need to from setup followed by subconscious moves is fantastic.

Very strong, baseball gripper who somehow manages to hit it straight!

With which club ?

I have 17 deliberate, and controlable variations.

( only one of which is a deliberate hook off the tee with a 3W )

(( Next time I try to play that shot, it'll probably mean I have 16 deliberate and controllable variations ))

I generally have my left thumb quite far over to the right of centre of the grip. I had a lesson and the Pro got me working on a nutral grip but every thing went high right slice, so I went back to my usual grip.

I haven't got a clue!

I just know that I tend to grip the club too tightly most of the time and have an annoying habit of having my right forefinger going too far down the shaft like a "trigger". Can't help it. Always done it, always will
Ball flight? I like to think it's fairly straight, or a slight draw.

Used to have a strongish RH grip and was always fighting a draw/hook/pull. That was my destructive shot.

Changed late last year to weaken my RH so as to get a much straighter flight with eliminating the car wreck hook. So far seems to be working but occasionally i'll block one right now  golf...sigh..

As I mentioned on another thread. Spot on ditto for me. Just got to try and not let the right hand creep around!

The good thing is though that if I just want a nice drawn shot round trees or to move it into a left flag I just take up my old grip and theres the draw back..simples
